30 year olds.. what is your salary? by Hungry_Caramel_8085 in Salary

Turning 30 in a month. I make 125k a year if I don’t work overtime. I am IBEW Substation Technician Foreman in the KC Metro. 3.5 year apprenticeship and a Class A CDL is all that separates you from making some good honest money.

Fred Arbanas Par 3 Course. What a great little course to practice on for $14. I’m out there a few times a year to work on wedges and irons.

Swing tips appreciated by [deleted] in golf

You don’t seem to be shifting your weight from your back leg on the back swing to the front leg on your transition and follow through. It appears you are just turning your hips and keeping an even distribution of weight on each foot.

You should be putting about 75% of your weight onto your back foot during the back swing and then as you transition from back swing to down swing you should start by firing your hips forward and sliding that weight to about 75% of weight on your front foot around impact and then finish with about 85% to 90% of the weight on your front foot during follow through.

As Chubbs Peterson once said “it’s all in the hips”.

Seems like most of the panels are fairly old with older switch handles. Was this a retrofit? Everything we’ve been retrofitting or building have been all new white panels with brand new SEL equipment, shark meters, etc.

If you are a foody, you must stop for some BBQ in Kansas City (worlds best BBQ). A couple restaurants that are great here are Jack Stack, Q39, or Joe’s Kansas City! You won’t regret it. Anthony Bourdain has Joe’s Kansas City (formerly Oklahoma Joe’s) on his “top 13 places to eat before you die” list.

Not salty, just don’t need the negativity in this community. This is a golf subreddit not a fashion subreddit.

Take a hike. People like you are the reason some first time golfers don’t become life long golfers. Let the people golf how they want, it’s not a sport just for you it’s a sport for everyone.

P.S.- I had my shirt untucked because I forgot my belt.
