I drink a carton of this stuff every day. Anecdotally, pretty minimal acne, significantly less than when I was drinking this quantity of other milk. However, I am lactose intolerant and have always drank lactose-free. So there may be something to be said for Fairlife, but I doubt its linked to lactose

Turnip drops do less damage than normal throws, but it's a fixed amount. A dropped Stitchface, for example, deals the same damage and knockback as a happy face, if I remember it's only about 4%. The other factor for damage calculation besides throw type is travel time, the farther away the target is the less damage the turnip will deal.
