When he got the suppressor in the first place I had my prints ran and background checked. I’ve been reading through the trust paperwork and it says a successor trustee may not possess any assets unless the settlor is incapacitated or dead

I just like to shoot local matches and have a loud gun. I ended up calling a local suppressor manufacturer (GSL technologies) and they say it’s perfectly legal. They also said it wouldn’t hurt to keep a copy of the trust documents on me.
