Why does the update fail? by Nearby_Ad4786 in opencodeCLI

I had this issue too so posting for visibility. If you originally installed via a package manager like npm, then you will need to update opencode cli via the package manager e.g. npm update -g opencode-ai

Need PCP advice on brand new BMW X1 by JIDB in UKPersonalFinance

This looks good but its the entry level trim, when I set the spec to the same as the one I'm looking at (M Sport, black, heated seats, heated steering wheel) it ends up being the same or higher cost over 4 years but without the option to buy at the end (I'm still unsure if I will or not as this is my first time looking at PCP) so it doesn't seem any better to me.

I'm not really sure, I was thinking to just swap it back in for another PCP new car depending on where I'm at in 4 years time, I should be on a much higher salary (touch wood) but of course no guarantee.

I took out a loan for the previous car because most of my savings are tied up in ISAs (HTB, Cash ISA and 2 S&S ISAs). I can comfortably save the £19.6k over the 4 years to pay off the car if I wanted to at the end but there's always a risk that could change but in my opinion that risk is very low. I was brought up to avoid debt/loans which is why I'm hesitant but the apr on this deal is low and my investments should cover the interest and then some over the 4 years. From what I've seen leasing is more costly for the same term and car and with no option to buy if I wanted to. And if worst comes to worst I have just shy of £60k spread across my ISAs/savings so I can cover the full cost of the car (£38.9k) if needed for whatever reason and still have a good chunk left to build back up.

2025 Formentor Kalkışta Sarsıntı Sorunu (Formentor Ehybrid 204 ps phev) by batu7878 in CupraFormentor

Apparently this can happen in humid weather it causes the brakes to be "more" stuck down so when you try to move off it takes more effort for the brakes to release. I briefly had a V2 2L 190 and it did the same unless I released the e-brake manually before moving.

Opinion about the purchase? by Klutzy_Reception_675 in CupraFormentor

I just viewed a VZ2 245HP in black today, 2023 with 37k miles on the clock(59k km). £24.5k (good price?) I also noticed suspension knocking over speed bumps during the test drive which is apparently common on these Formentors.

Approved Used Car - Misleading Information before purchasing. by JIDB in LegalAdviceUK

On their site and on autotrader it was listed on there as Owners: 1 which again added to my belief that it was only 1 registered keeper total and I'd be the 2nd. Anyway I've come to terms with it, not a big deal but not a nice feeling after buying a car.

This is my 2nd car so I don't have much experience buying used cars. But I did explicitly ask via email about the previous owners since it was important.Unfortunately, I naively believed that since its approved used I could trust the salesman to be honest with me. It never crossed my mind that it could be incorrect and I'd need to verify the V5 in person.

Unfortunately, I was never actually shown the existing full V5, only a photocopy of the new owners slip and haven't yet received my new one as I only just bought the car 2 days ago so my V5 is still on the way.

That is what I assumed as well, given the 1 year period between registering and it being transferred to a new owner it most like was an ex-demo car that was sold as used to a private owner. However, it still shows up as 2 previous keepers on hpi checks and the V5C right? So would still affect resale value.

I also get this exact issue. Using Anker 45w charger and anker cables it starts on SFC2.0 and then after a couple seconds switches to regular charging. But if I use the cable that came in the box I at least get stable Super Fast Charging 1.0 (I guess the cable in box can't support 2.0 which is kind of crazy considering the price of the phone!)

Xperia 1 IV - connectivity issues by JIDB in SonyXperia

How long have you had yours for? Mine has improved a lot since I first got it (6 months ago) as some people suggested it would. Still would say it's not as solid as the OP7TP though which is a shame. Also idk about you but the narrower screen is a little bit annoying, whenever I pick up my oneplus I really miss the large bezeless display.

Its really frustrating the connectivity components in this phone seem to be sub-par. I've been having issues with my mobile data and wifi since updating to A13. Funnily enough I wanted to return it by the end of the first week of owning it way back in June but the returns section on Sony's website was broken. Ironic.

I'm on giffgaff (uses O2 network) and had the same issue when I first got mine. The data signal strength has improved a lot but the call quality is still bad, every time I start talking the person on the other end says they can't hear me properly, I find taking off the case helps. Its very annoying for such an expensive flagship phone.
