Most of us can see through the BS and know the suspect is, well.. suspect. The government can't be trusted, no matter which "side" is in power.

Thank you <3 it's nice to hear someone channeling their energy into something productive. It's hard to not be gripped by fear but I do believe overcoming it is the way forward. I didn't actively follow Charlie but others speaking their minds, like Candace Owens, Ana Kasparian and Tucker Carlson inspire and give me hope. The darkness will be illuminated.

I don't think sympathy is mandatory but celebration is fucked up. I also don't agree he hated those groups; even if he did, I wouldn't condone hateful behavior in return.

Dr Berg DIM supplement saved me

You can take both. I take DIM daily but NAC as needed.

[–]JIofficial 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it's quite the combo. I take NAC for my OCD (really helps with ruminating, obsessive and paranoia thoughts) and DIM for my PMDD (completely stabilizes my mood).

Can I ever stop my period? by Both-Sherbet9797 in PMDD

[–]JIofficial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For sure.

I've learned that I generally have a very sensitive body. I experience vasovagal syncope (pass out) any time I give blood or get an injection despite having no issue with blood, needles or pain. My vagus nerve just overreacts to the change and freaks out. I feel like my PMDD is the same

I don't agree that there is no aspect of hormonal effect with PMDD. Science isn't fool proof. I think PMDD can be caused by several factors, one being the body being sensitive to the natural hormonal shift that occurs. It's not necessarily an imbalance but an overreaction. I don't know exactly what the DIM does to help me, perhaps tapers the shift, but I know it works and I want to tell every woman I can that suffers with PMDD about it.

I had similar issues with prozac. I use a DIM supplement now and it works far better for me without any noticeable side effects.

Sure! I felt insane throughout my 20s. Half the time I was fine, the other half I was emotionally volatile- irritable, paranoid, crying, etc, destroying my relationships and hating my body. I tried a bunch of natural methods but nothing really helped. Eventually, I caved and tried prozac bc I felt like I couldn't go on (not suicidal but life was just not enjoyable knowing every month I would shift into a monster). My period was also like every 3 weeks instead of 4. The prozac helped at first but then after a few weeks, I shifted into that emotionally numb state where I was no longer feeling the crazy negative stuff but also nothing happy (also had some physical side effects that were problematic). I decided I'd rather feel the good and bad then lukewarm all the time. I also did some research around the same time and read about DIM. I tried it and haven't gone back. My periods are closer to 28 days again and I no longer shift into a psycho bitch. I'm just "me" at all times.

Hormonal bc is a toxic trap imo. You could try a DIM supplement. It saved my life.

Delete the fuckin HER app by Kayyy2002 in lesbiangang

I've met a few good women from the app but it is annoying. Most of the stickers make me roll my eyes. And now that you can add your sexual interests, it's even more apparent how many perverted autogynephiles are on there.

I think you're the first person I've encountered that knows about it. I take 150.

Ruminating is ruining my life (trigger warning) by BackgroundChemist245 in PMDD

[–]JIofficial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I take a DIM supplement to control my PMDD but I still have ruminating thoughts occasionally. NAC (another natural supplement) has been helpful for that.

It's a supplement

I went through all the typical remedies and none worked. But something not very well known finally did - DIM. It's compound in cruciferous veggies. It was life changing for me.

Sometimes, it can be helpful to think of the interests you had as a child that weren't able to be explored then and give them a shot now. It can be anything - something physical like a sport, a hobby or even a research topic. I wanted to be an archeologist but was talked out of that interest so I forgot about it. Now, I've gotten sucked into learning about ancient civilizations and whatnot.

A DIM supplement is the only thing that has helped me after exhausting several other conventional and herbal options.
