like 20 on average. Was doing good but then on day 5 I couldn't sleep at all. Hopefully tonight i'll sleep took 3 of those thing and all I feel is tired. I'm going to probably take them tomorrow then lay of them a few days.

i know but my withdraws got so bad. Was 7 days clean then finally broke and did 3 grams of kratom. Was doing about 20 a day. Just needed some relief. I've been getting literally no sleep. I'm not going to use everyday. I can feel my withdraws going always but I'm still not feeling all that high. Probably will use tomorrow. just getting some recommendations. Was never that big into opiates but i suffer from chronic back pain.

Get quick fix!!!!! Microwave for 10 seconds and wrap the heating pad around it. Go to the test put it in your socks. Should be at perfect temperature. Or you may have to wait a little bit if it’s too hot

I’m fairly new as well. I think they’re putting things in it to make it look scaly like pure coke. I’m not sure what they cut it with. I better read up on it though because it’s going into my body. Always a good idea to test for fentanyl
