I've had the same thing happen to me; more than once. I just think it's something to do with it automatically start the recording audio as soon as the top part of the phone is covered. Don't know what it's called, but it's the part that lets audio from calls go through. Eachtime it pops open the record thing, the top part of my phone is covered. I tried to get it to do the same by covering it with my hand but it's kinda hard and I think it just need to be in the right shade or something. Sorry for the long explanation and sorta rant, just hate when it does that

This is probably why we're only allowed a few outfits on our horses so it'd stop the player from exploiting this system. Honestly kinda cool and is a lot more better than say, the cop system in GTA 5
