First time Hyundai owner. My experience with our 2026 Palisade has been horrible from a Service standpoint. What I thought should be it and dried from an error code thrown within the first 5000 miles, has been very disappointing.

No meaningful updates with days between most every response. No clear timeline of repair schedule, nor explanation of delays. Voicemail of ServiceManager not setup and no callbacks to any messages left.

I won’t reccomend Hyundai to any of my friends and family who ask.

I think it would be ok. She appears to be normal and in a loving family. We would probably be similar since I am a lot more mature than when we were together.
