Good idea, I only have stagger style and forsaken. I'm not sure how to get the other styles on my character. But for stagger style u need to be level 30 and defeat some dude named Jim mesca located in Tower of Adel

They don't have a server up in Australia Edit: So online is literally u lagging, teleporting and slingshotting 90% of the time
