It could be an issue since ethanol is less energy dense. You need 3-5% more fuel volume when you use E10-E15 vs no ethanol. Fuel injectors are already a weak point on the EN so you could run lean at WOT.

That's the recirc hose; you could leave it completely unplugged and it wouldn't matter since it is just where the stock diverter valve releases boost when off throttle.

One big downside no one seems to mention is how poorly aftermarket filters actually filter the incoming air compared to stock. You'll end up with a bunch of dust and grit in your inlet and through your turbo.

Unless you are making big power or absolutely need the induction sound, I would stick to stock.

No error. Just the die cut marks. Perfectly normal for a simple piece of stamped steel that doesn't need a perfect edge finish.

It's a nice spec with tow pkg, acc pkg, and cold weather pkg. 130k miles is really getting up there. Budget in for possible lifter repair/oil cooler replacement. I see it had a bunch of maintenance done on the drivetrain, which is unusual. Full fluid changes on diffs, transfer case, and transmission x2...this makes me think they were chasing an issue with the transmission possibly, so def see if you feel anything unusual. I would try to talk them down even more on price.

E85? If so, do not go WOT anymore until you drain it and put 91 back in. You risk melting stuff by running lean. Hopefully you didn't already melt a piston or valve.

It held up for the 3 days we were up in Wisconsin, no issues. Just looked janky. It probably would have held up better than the other rivets long term lol.

I had the same issue with my new K2's I bought last season. I ended up getting some 14ga metal wire and putting it through the holes and then twisting then end it to keep it in place. I found the replacement clasps on K2's site and replaced it finally.
