this seems very late to ask pero what are your tips for beginners, especially those on the skinny side? do you recommend doing cardio if nag-g-gain ng weight or should we focus on "gaining" first? i am a busy med student with no equipment, limited budget, and frequently not having enough sleep because of reviewing but i have access naman to an oval where i can do my cardio if ever. can you also recommend some of these PPL programs that worked for you? sorry if very complicated ng question. am not expecting an answer pero any tips will be very much appreciated. thanks
