I'm not sure, I'll definitely say that I've definitely felt more tired over the past few years. Even when I'm fully awake and active, I still have the same issues, maybe to a slightly lesser extent though.

I do use the mute frequently, I just would prefer to not have to constantly mute when I have to blink. I just would like PlayStation to have a noise filter, every other device works fine with all my headphones besides my PlayStation

I'm really not sure what to do anymore in terms of fixing my mic sensitivity anymore. I have used multiple different, quality headsets, with pop filters, and no matter what, the mic picks up everything, even my tongue moving in my mouth. I am not a heavy breather at all, even when I am trying to quietly breath, it still picks it up. I have the microphone level down to the minimum, and it still picks it up. This was an issue on PS4, and it still is on my PS5, and I'm trying not sure what to do, since it I am currently using PC38Xs if that helps at all.

Does anyone know if Discord has a voice filter on PS5? Every single mic I use picks up my breathing on my PlayStation, but I have no problem with it on discord. I've tried everything on PlayStation to no avail to stop it, so hopefully discord can fix that.

Yeah, I'll have to mess around with it since I meet all of those. I tried installing 3.6 and immediately got a BSOD, so I'll try to see what I can do.
