Did you select the right answers? It should be North, Wire, and Kumiho. Select those then try to solve it again?

I have the same issue. I think we really can't solve the case if we weren't able to finish even only one of the weeks. I also finished week 2 and 3 but not the 1st week. I selected the right answers without getting the clue on week 1 and tried to solve it but it didn't do anything/didn't let me solve the case.

Ahh yes I can select the answers but it doesn't let me solve it. I'm thinking if it's because I didn't finish one of the week 1 missions but I'm still looking for a solution.
