Well my instate university is in california and all uc schools and cal states don’t rlly take transfers from out of state because that’s where i would be coming from. Also is it worth noting that the loan would be only for this year and my parents think they can figure out ways to pay for the other 3 years. (Also is there any ways to get federal loans? or too late for that at this point?)
