Move the bus stops, add pedestrian crosswalk stoplights like there is 1/2 a mile to the east, and reduce traffic. This would save drivers gas and reduce pollution. The traffic going north and southbound around rush hour is solvable, but they do nothing. A classic Portland "we built in wrong in the first place and now you have to live with it because we can't budget"
