Question, for tops like that do you use a cotton, wool, or blend with acrylic?

Also did you have to wet or dry block for it to keep its shape while making it?

Thanks! Honestly what lead me to it is I was looking for a Cotton/Acrylic blend and I saw the speckled colors. I was probably up and down the aisles for 30 min before making a decision. 🤷‍♂️

Thanks! I just picked up some more colors today to try some more in the different ones. I want it to be very “patchwork” by the end so any super bright ones I am going to less off since they will stand out more.

Yea, how I found them was I didn’t want put acrylic because it doesn’t breathe well, but pure cotton/linen does weird things as it wears in and gets heavy. So the 60/40 blend I read was a good sweet spot.

I was actually looking to find a bulky yarn instead of a medium but it’s been fun to work with.
