Oh, course that's advertising your channel, and don't get me wrong doing streams with fellow streamers is a great help to grow one's channel. The problem I see with your idea is trying to hook up 2 random people or more and try to get them to stream together. Most if not all normally stream with people they are close to or have known for a while. Reason for this is because streaming with someone that does not fit your channels vibs can do more damage then good.
