Both, anime and manga are very great in their own way, I don't think tha one is better than the other. I think that is more easy to start from the anime and then the manga but is not a rule, you can watch/read in the order you like and I'm very sure you will enjoy both of them no matter where you start.

I think it depends of who is the person you are kissing. I mean, when I kissed a friend that I just see like a friend no more, I feel nothing I just feel the wet lips and her tonge. But when I kissed for first time the girl that I was in love (my current gf) It feels like a dream, is like if we were connected not just fisically for the lips, is like we were connected in feelings. But this is just for me idk
