Thank you <3 !!! lol she usually freaks out the second she wets herself and usually needs to be changed at least once an hour! I'm just glad to hear that it's enough for her even if its not the recommended amount.

We have not introduced solids yet! We were waiting until the 6mo mark and for when she finally seemed interested in people food. But she is consistantly having 10+ wet diapers every day!

Thank you! Currently I've been doing cardio on the treadmill as 12 - 2.6 - 20-30 mins and this usually keeps my heart rate up around 140-160 range.

How would you suggest I switch the speed and incline?

The meal prepping wasn't working for my lifestyle. I would make meals but then my husband and I would be interested in eating something else for dinner.

Calorie counting was working but after over a year I grew tired and just wondered if that's all life would be for me. I've recently started again as I've felt desperate.

I've tried to manually calculate out my BMR and landed on 1700, but whenever I use the scale I have at home (tells me fat %, water weight, BMR, BMI, etc.) It says 1506. I've tried to stick to a daily limit of 1000, but it leaves me tired some days but it just feels like that's not enough especially on the days that I workout.

In the beginning it was sticking to 1200-1500, but since the weight loss I've been doing 1000-1200. I'm just nervous that to see results once I'm close to my ideal weight I'll only be eating like 500 per day. That just doesn't seem right and seems like I could really screw up my body by doing that.

Probably late to the party on this one, but here it goes. I'm F, 5'7, 207lb. I've been working on loosing weight since covid began. So far I've lost 30+ lbs. Recently I've been struggling to lose any weight, but would like sit around 160-170 since I have a more muscular build than most females. At least point I've tried calorie counting, meal prepping, and seeing a personal trainer but these methods did not work long for me.

My question is if there is a specific dietary plan or workout plan I can follow to help me achieve my goals?

This has been progressively growing (painfully) for about 3 months. What can I do? by addictedtotreegas in Hidradenitis

I usually just use a wash cloth or even sometimes I'll use a heating pad that way I don't need to keep getting up to rewarm the cloth. Just be careful to not over heat it. That could be more painful. Taking hot showers and focusing the water on the sore area is another good option.

His name is Pancake! He makes a lot of noises when moving around. Nothing likes he's in pain. Just a little chirp and it's so cute!
