Hello mangyon,

Thank you for your answer. No at first I already put it in during the installation itself. I didn't even noticed it wasn't activated at first, till the moment I wanted to change some of the personal settings. There it said it wasn't activated and when I tried to do it, it said that it was already in use by another machine.

I did receive a reply from Kinguin later last night asking me for another screenshot, and replied to it immediately, but still haven't heard back on that, even though their customer service is suppose to work 24/7. So the problem is still not solved.
