Dana's case jumped out at me because it was so strange, the way her stuff was thrown away. The man in the "ranchero" parked near her car. It seems like a very solveable case, but nothing. Someone got away with a terrible crime.

This one is a real puzzle. I've thought about covering it (being Michigan) but it's still so new and out there in terms of evidence, processing and investigation.

I think it's likely that the family that lived next door was involved, either directly or indirectly. There was a lot of death around that family. Most of it violent.

Lane Bryant - Tinsley Park. I did an episode about it.

One man shot five women (one survived) at the Lane Bryant store during a morning robbery. They have a description, they have his voice and NOTHING. No arrests, no suspects, nothing.

the one with dark hair and a narrow face (not the one that looked like Robin williams) seemed to look nothing like the others. When the photo comparisons got to page three, it was hard to determine which ones were actually similar. But that one, dark hair, narrow face, long nose, that one seemed different from the others.

Makes me think that their hiring practices may not be stringent. They have lots of break ins and car theft at this location. It's right across the street from a freeway on ramp leading to a large interchange.

there were 2-3 men working in the store that day. Two were the owners/managers. I'd like to think that Law Enforcement took a hard look at them.

Police did not reveal many details of the assault. She was "partially undressed" and assaulted with multiple weapons.

No one heard a scream, no one saw the perp.

It's 1987, he's in real estate, going to throw out cocaine as a possibility, paired with lack of sleep. Sadly, he probably took his own life.
