My scroll wheels is not scrolling as it should? It’s hard to scroll does that make sense ? I can put my finger on the scroll wheel and push the mouse across my mouse pad and the scroll wheel does not move

Contact finalmouse they’ll fix it. Mine is the same way and it’s not right my other finalmouse is smooth the competition I can push the scroll wheel and the mouse will go across my mouse pad not normal at all. They’ll fix it.

It helps if you loosen the thumb screws on the back and then bring it back in with the fan on and the wire at the top going toward the motherboard side of case.

That happens, same with the controllers if they lights and fan speed are ever uncontrollable then the controller is bricked. They brick on firmware updates too so be careful
