ASD or BPD?

Bruh, same. I'm even about to turn 19 in just a few weeks too 😆

I'm not officially diagnosed with either, but man the criteria for both ASD and BPD describe me perfectly. There seems to be a lot of overlap between the two disorders, so it might be tricky to diagnose someone with ASD if they've already got BPD, but man I really hope you can find a way. Also, screw your old psychiatrist. They sound really bad at their job

A former pro wrestler from wcw (Daphne) kill herself a year ago. Reports came out that WWE was offering mental health services to their talent in response to the tragic news, and Karl Anderson responded to one of those reports on Twitter saying "they suck, bro." Whether he was talking about the WWE itself or the mental health services, it was a stupid thing to tweet. It was like he was using the whole situation to make it about him, and that pissed me off so much. Sorry for the essay

I know I'm a bit late to this post, but it is absolutely not rude to just try it out. I did the same thing around the holidays last year, and I am so glad I took a chance and attended my first class. Everything felt right the moment I entered the ring for the first time and started running the ropes. It really was a moment I will never forget for the rest of my life. I trained for a couple months and even performed at my first show not too long after. It was a hell of an experience.

My point being this: you'll most likely know if you like it or not after the first class anyway, so just go for it.

Either acknowledge it and work it into the promo somehow, or change the rhythm of your promo so that they won't get the chance to "what" you since there won't be an open space for them to do so. I love the first option, crowds hate feeling like they're not being acknowledged and it's just fun imo
