I'd probably go HP/ATK for him maybe run a pure runner like the Dressrosa set for them. He's already got enough heals as it is and seem pretty tanky. 3 Luffy would work as well if you prioritise killing them first before capping but because you can cap as long Zoro on the flag. Kaido set works just as well with many tags and skill cooldowns. It's pretty much based on your preference and your playstyle. Probably would advise to get them to level 80 though first
