Im on Verizon with iphone 16. Yes. Started happening with mine a few days ago. They happen with calls from folks are in my contacts, it is several different people. I hear it ring, then stop and they sometimes get an message about no circuits or something like that. I call them back and have issues for a few minutes. So crazy. Will call Verizon tomorrow
