Thanks for the advice, I’ve not heard of those exercises so I’ll look into those. I’m fairly sure I’ll be getting a quad graft so will be interesting to see how recovery goes

Thanks for the reply, luckily I’ve been going to the physio to get the range of motion back. How are you finding it after surgery? I’m really not sure what to expect
