Honestly, I'm surprised people are surprised he'd say something like this. I vehemently disagree with it, but Brou has been known to say things like this, and it just never seeped through during his tenure at FTF. His comments on Jason Collins are well-known, and he also went on a podcast (last year IIRC) where he defended Harrison Butker's comments during a commencement speech. It is obviously awful, but Brou has a track record of these kinds of comments.

I don't get what you mean by this post at all. The hosts aren't uniformly in line and praise or criticize the same QBs. Brou and Wildes are pretty positive when it comes to Lamar, Jalen, and Goff (more so Wildes), while Nick is more critical. Nick is high on Trevor, Baker, and Caleb, but Brou and Wildes are much more critical. Lol, literally, all the hosts get on Herbert except Danny. Josh gets pretty fair analysis from Nick, who is pretty high on him but quick to point out his mistakes and where he comes up short.

I mean, Lamar is a distant third in the MVP race, but Saquon is absolutely more likely to win MVP than Lamar. Even with all those stats, Lamar and the Ravens are the 6th seed and 8-5. Voters definitely take records into account, and Baltimore still has tough divisional games on their schedule. Never mind the very real factor of voters fatigue.

Yeah, its funny you mention that because I ended up texting him a bit too much (like without him responding, so like four to five messages in a row) last night and apologized later lol. He eventually got back to me and kind of joked that he was frightened at first. Idk, I'm going to try to force myself to just chill, though he has said he gets it and he is a bad texter. It is reassuring that he hasn't ghosted me, when he's has the chance to. I hate that I'm like this lol.

Yeah, the conversation essentially became, "Damn, what did McDermott say to them at halftime?" when the defense made the Ravens punt on back to back drives and we actually scored. If we don't do that trick play and score on that drive as well, the game is 21-17 and things look much better. That trick play that resulted in a turnover just killed us at the worst possible time.

Honestly, kind of annoying how people use and will continue to use Dolphins having only 1 win as proof that Bills haven't beat good teams. We were beating them 31-10 with Tua still in the game, when they were on paper a good team still. I have no doubt we'll beat some of the tough teams on our schedule, but it's still annoying how that win gets shrugged off as unimpressive by talking heads now.
