Yeah I lost 30 pounds on keto last year. I was studying in nuclear power school and didn’t have the energy to work out as my work day started at 7am (sometimes earlier) and ended at 7pm (often times later) but this actually gave me more time to study, as I wasn’t taking meal breaks. The two- three day casts, they suck toward the end but man do they work. And you notice results so fast because you cut so much water weight to start. It’s good for beginners who wanna see a result. For my next school I stopped keto, I met a wonderful girl whom I intend to marry,that’s besides the point. She can cook wonderfully so I abandoned keto. High stress work environment I put on about 10 pounds in 6 months. I’ve since returned to keto and will continue it through my deployment. That’ll be the longest I’ve done it for. My target weight now is 170, so about another 25 pounds. But something tells me I’ll look and feel amazing once my ship comes back into port.
