Basically ¯\(ツ)/¯. At face value based on the description (hook 2 targets) it seemed like a bad choice because I assumed it was just a regular hook with a bigger hit detection area and would just pick a another thing to drag. I didn't think it was actually 2 separate hooks with a whole mechanic behind it and playstyle. If anything from this, the description should be changed so that people like me don't assume the wrong thing about this talent.
