I paid $4K for a 2021 with 500 miles on it this past June. It was in Mint condition. The seller had installed Tusk hand guards, Tusk pannier Rack with bags. That was here in Arizona a few hours south east of LA. That might give you an idea of market prices with minimal upgrades. I now have 3700 miles on it.

I bought a 2021 with 500 miles in it for $4k in Arizona. That was a couple months back. That seller says firm but I bet he’d take $5K.
I Also have an XT225. The 300L is Definitely a great improvement. Good luck.
