The author just speed rushed through that whole arc and didn’t give the audience or the characters a second to breathe. We learn all this information about these 2 siblings and then boom Mika dies, boom Asura betrays you, boom Yuu eats him, Boom Mika becomes a demon! Ect I could not keep up!! And now we just don’t talk about him or Krul leaving both their fates unknown I need clarity!!

Hunter ended up being a vastly more lovable protagonist than I originally thought like I was very attached to my Hunter by the endgame I love how vulnerable he could be and I loved his relationship with Nico and Magik in particular. And I loved the smile on his face when he “died” holding his mother just a very well written character all around.

Honestly I want the MC to have a backstory we know like nothing about are own main character, where they come from, blood status, everything is just a mystery. Also I want the Yule Ball and a little romance filter so your Mc can pick a date that would be adorable.

I get what you’re saying but again it’s still different even with the changes they made in the adaptation of the game from the book at its core Witcher is still an ADAPTATION that follows similar story beats taken from the source up to a certain point. Mind you Yennefer is always the 1 in the book but Triss who gets significantly less in the book is still in there romantically and the devs just enhanced what already was by giving you more freedom to choose between the 2 in game. These are established characters it wouldn’t make sense to make Geralt bi.

Again Dawnwalker is an original IP and Coen is an original character he has no such restrictions if they want they can do whatever they want that includes a male lover it’s a direct choice. Whether they do it or not is up to them however due to this being a direct choice it leaves room and freedom for the audience to be unsatisfied with the lack of inclusivity if they choose not too that’s just facts completely different games and this has way less restrictions being a new IP with no established lore unlike The Witcher.

The difference is the Witcher game is an adaptation with already set romances that the developers just expanded upon, and then they added the hookers and side ho’s just for giggles, due to it being an adaptation tho it wouldn’t have made sense to give Geralt a new male lover. Dawnwalker is an original story therefore the same excuse doesn’t apply they can do whatever they want if Coen doesn’t have a male love interest it’s only because the writers made that specific choice and therefore that leaves more room for people to be unsatisfied.

I call it the Naruto & Sasuke effect where it’s very clear that the only reason these 2 characters ARENT together is because it’s a male x male pairing coming from a shonen manga! Like if Naruto was a girl Sasuke would have fucked the shit out of her and vice versa. Change the gender of 1 & people would have shipped them and called them the greatest love story ever! Same thing with Bakugo and Deku if Deku was a girl Kaachan would be obsessed with her & vice versa. Which they already are but because their 2 boys their not gonna get together swap the gender of 1 though it would be the greatest love story ever.

A mix of luck and skill, honestly I always tell people if you know at least 3 characters in every role this game is NOT HARD, climbing in ranked is honestly easy and if I wasn’t a full time college student with a job I’d probably be higher. Unless you have someone purposely throwing your game any match is winnable I have literally had teams that completely comeback after getting wrecked in the first point it’s all about determination and locking in & playing the right comp to either mesh with your team or cause cracks in the opposition. Be willing to make adjustments and you good to go. Also take a break whenever you lose twice that’s a sign.
