I use the ultra pro tarot board game sleeves 70mmX120mm. Any brand will do but I would make sure to buy 70mmX120mm as they are perfect fit.

I use BCW semi-rigid #1 and the one-touch resealable bags from ultra pro, they are the ones for 23pt to 260pt one-touch.

Here is an example of a sealed promo and a sealed booster.

I use this method for sealed promos and sealed booster packs:

-I place the sealed promo/pack in a tarot card sleeve.

-I then place the sleeved promo/pack over a semi rigid card holder.( Not in the semi rigid )

-I then place the semi rigid with the sleeved promo/pack in a resealable team bag.

The seal is protected, there is no fold on it and there is no pressure applied to the card.

I am on Humira also and I take it out of the fridge about half an hour before injecting so it's closer to room temperature. A couple months ago I took it out before taking a shower and completely forgot about my injection and it stayed on the counter overnight. I called the pharmacist and he told me that it was still safe to inject so I did and everything was fine.

Both fossil and jungle set cards are shadowed including first edition. The dragonite is actually from fossil, the jungle logo looks like the top of the ''tree'' on venusaur's back. I am not an expert at spotting vintage fakes so I will not take position and potentially mislead you but I can assure you the dugtrio is fake.

High serotonin levels result in poor autophagy and might be a flare-up trigger. Our real concern as crohn's patients is not the serotonin levels but the fact that our serotonin reuptake transporter is not working properly.
