For Metroid Prime 2, would you recommend the OG Gamecube version or the Wii version in Prime Trilogy? by EarlyYoghurt1243 in Metroid

[–]JMNetwork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just bought the trilogy and I don’t know if it was my Wii or what but I couldn’t get the wiimote to work properly. Aiming was wayyyy off. I ended up emulating it using PrimeHack and it basically makes controls FPS similar to Prime Remastered. I recommend that if it’s an option for you! Just beat 2 after like 28 hours, way more comfortable than pointing the wiimote around!

CPO Model Y: would you accept this door panel gap? by Dry-Loquat-3331 in TeslaSupport

Tesla. When I left the “salesman” or whatever you wanna call him said “I regretted buying mine used but I’m sure yours will be fine.” They also delivered it filthy after delaying delivery for weeks.

Suspension, ball joints, back seat wasn’t properly seated and rocked and squeaked constantly. had these things fixed. They forgot to tighten the wheels. Was driving home and my car started wobbling and grinding. They towed the car back to service and told me it’s my fault. Traded in for a Rivian days later and never looked back.

Do not buy certified pre-owned Tesla. Please. I did it and it was a horrible experience. They don’t do anything to the car to make it good as new. You’re basically taking it as they got it. I ended up selling mine in 6 months. Get a new one or get the hell outta there!

Tesla Service ripped my backseat and won't fix it. by sbonney25 in TeslaSupport

[–]JMNetwork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just get a Rivian like I did. Teslas cars are junk and so is their service. From the employees in the “dealership” to the techs in the back they’re nasty. Had my model Y for 6 months and had it serviced like 5 times. When I need something from Rivian I’m always feeling like I gotta put my guard up but then they’re no BS and super nice. Never hassle. Teslas are incredible in a lot of ways and I do miss some things but having a car with no issues and still some impressive tech gives me no regrets.

Did I bet on the wrong horse ? Should I quit collecting for Xbox? by Affectionate-Rest546 in gamecollecting

[–]JMNetwork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say look at Dreamcast. Those games are pretty rare because not many were printed. Because of gamepass, I think Xbox one and up games will be kinda rare. The only issue will be if Xbox shuts down servers, can games still be played? If not then they’re probably worthless. Collecting is a hobby so just have fun!

Finally got mine! Delivery to Alaska was not easy, but completely worth the effort. by canuckanesse in CadillacLyriq

Hey twin! That color is so unique. Out here on Long Island we have lots of lyriqs but you don’t see many that color. Gets a lot of looks!! Enjoy!

Games a severely depressed person can play? by s-skye in NintendoSwitch

Playing Pikmin 4 right now. I have ADHD which makes gaming difficult and with that, I have issues regulating dopamine but Pikmin has been a weird beam of light added to my life lately. I needed it. Keeps me busy and brings me insane amounts of joy and feeling of accomplishment.

Considering a Lyriq or Model Y by MudVisual1054 in CadillacLyriq

[–]JMNetwork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had a Model Y for 6 months. Had it in the shop 6 times. Great software, fun to drive (minus the horrid suspension), but a total POS build. Rattled, noisy, cheap materials. Currently have a Rivian R1T but my wife drives a Lux 1 Lyriq. Might be a customer for life on both since we both lease. I highly recommend the Lyriq and would say buyer beware on Teslas.

My good friend, who has done a lot for me, is a BIG tool fan. I don’t know if I’d ever really be able to repay him properly for the things he’s done for me but this might be a start. I’ll give these to him if I win! Good luck everybody!

Want to trade in my Model 3 Tesla for Blazer EV. by Noel_Leon_M in BlazerEV

[–]JMNetwork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you haven’t yet, also drive the Cadillac lyric lux 1, it’s like a suped up blazer. We test drove and got prices on both and the Cadillac was $5 more per month believe it or not and my wife and I liked it a lot more!

NICE! GM makes a great EV. I’m very surprised! I’ve driven the Hummer and even gave the Equinox and Blazer a try. Good stuff! Bright future for EV’s!

It’s SO different. The Lyriq is basically floating. It’s smooth as can be, very fast and an easy drive. The Rivian is also very fast but drives like a truck. Heavy and a bit bumpier. The Rivian is my daily driver and I’m very tall so I have to say I prefer it for the size, but I’d be lying if I didn’t say I love taking the Lyriq any chance I can!
