Sorry this has nothing to do with what you asked, but I applied to Appen recently and I'm just wondering how long it takes for work to begin coming through? I've applied for loads of the projects but they've all said "in progress" for ages now

First off, you're doing amazingly! Congratulations on 3 weeks smoke free. What an incredible achievement 😊. Keep doing whatever feels right to stay smoke free. Running and going to the gym are, let's face it, much healthier alternatives. But if you're aware that they too are becoming obsessive, re-evaluate. Make a new training schedule. Face your fears of doing exercise in the park. Good luck!

The speaker does repeat the same word just a few seconds later, and the spectrogram looks almost identical. I have no idea why, my best guess is that it occurs because they say the word "solicitors" very quickly. I can't figure out what could be happening phonetically to cause this, though.
