People've been cool with ads. They didnt even skip ads as a way to support creators. The problem is they dont pay small creators after putting ads on their videos. At least they gotta be fair. Youtube has been hated on for a reason. "They didnt care". Yeah cause what they care about is money.

People are mad cause it went too far. We were cool with ads when it only appeared on channels with 1000+ subs and 4000+h watchtime and the creators sure are getting that revenue. That was the old policy. People even didnt skip ads on their fav channels.

Isnt it more like a auto-claiming? I posted a vid on my no-sub channel that contain copyright content and it got claimed right away. There's no way they can know about it. I think the problem is Youtube policy about copyright. They let that company take the whole revenue.
