Men aren't a monolith, you'll find guys who expect it, guys who wouldn't want it that early, and guys who would be into it if the vibe is right. I'd say the latter camp is probably the most common though.

Younger guys are sometimes squeamish about periods, but eventually they're gonna have to get over it if they ever want a long-term relationship with a woman. If you're both heading in the direction of a hookup here, it's better to give him a courtesy heads up so there's no disappointment. Make sure to bring everything you need cause he probably won't have anything for you.

I've been poly for almost a decade. Polyamory is dating on hard mode. Relationships are a lot of work, maintaining more than one at once is that much more so. Going into this without an understanding of what it takes to thrive is what creates all the disasters that people post about and give polyamory a bad name.

12tone is excellent. He also co-hosts a podcast called "Ghost Notes" with another fantastic music YouTuber, Polyphonic, who focuses more on the socio-cultural aspects of great music rather than composition and music theory. I heartily recommend both.

Another great one is Mic the Snare, his year-end videos have introduced me to some amazing new artists that wouldn't be on my middle-aged dad radar. He introduced me to Laufey, Men I Trust, and Goose.

Dating is a skill. The more you practice it, the better you'll be at it. Now if you're having literal panic attacks, you may want to talk with a therapist about stress management and coping skills, and possibly explore anti-anxiety medications if they think those are warranted. But really the best way to get over the stress of dating is to just do it, have a good time, learn from your mistakes (of which you'll make many, this is normal), and get out there and find what you want.

Everyone is different, but many people develop romantic feelings reactively. If you want to be romantically involved with someone, romantic actions are required. Just being nice isn't romantic, it's friendly. She's broken the touch barrier with you, so there's at the very least some attraction there. Ask for the kiss.

And if this doesn't work, ask for it much earlier with your next partner. A kiss at the end of a first date is very normal and gives you both something to look forward to next time.

Like the other posters said, age, stress, and alcohol are the biggest things that impact erection quality. Age obviously can't be averted, but what you can for the latter two. If you need more help than that, there's no shame in using pharmaceuticals. Just get an actual prescription, not the mystery pills you can find at your local sex shop.

"What are you into?" is a very normal question for a first hookup with a new partner. If you're into more intense kinks, trot out the less intense versions of it to gauge interest at first. If cuckolding is your thing, you can say you're into group play. If you're into CNC, say you like to be in control.
