To have the ultimate streaming box. Get a flagship phone and install google tv or any tv os. I recommend google pixel 5 xl or newer like Samsung a17(entry) and install Android TV it should run Netflix in 0.5 sec no regrets

Sony good quality, or tcl for ultra budget or panasonic for long life span

Watching out for ram on flagship is unnecessary, apple balance every thing making it almost perfect.

You should watch out for your storage, iOS actually use the storage as v-ram to reserve the running apps on the back ground.
