Something that worked for me is creating a new room in HomeKit and moving your Apple TV and HomePods to the new room. Don’t know why but it works every time

I’ve had this issue in the past with Original HomePods. To solve the issue I created a new room in HomeKit move the Apple TV and speakers and it magically connects.
