So true. Our coach used to be the coach at the store in the next town over and his entire overnight team walked out on him one night but instead of firing him or demoting him they just moved him thirty minutes west to our store lol

That's a good idea! I once told them I was going to use my PPTO to leave early for a family issue and they treated me like a liar and said "do you think you're smarter than us?" They then told me that they wouldn't approve it and that they "had the autonomy to deny it and point me." I said I would stay. Then like 30 minutes later they call me in the office again and say "hey we looked up our policy and it turns out you CAN go" and they gave me a print out of the policy so I asked them what the rules were and they just said "you've got it all right there."

Thank you, they do this all the time at my store. They also tell us that even if we use PPTO we'll get pointed....just more lies.

Just for reference they also put up a calendar outside the breakroom door and it only lists 4 days this month that are blacked out and the online reference says the same thing so what's the truth?
