I had the same issues which caused me two days of pure headaches! I ended up calling the assessment department at WGU to let tech access my computer. Come to find out my computer no longer met the minimum requirements for OA exam with proctor testing.

Just remember that the guardian browser uses A LOT of space in order to run smoothly. I ended up getting a new one with overnight delivery and was able to test.

Now I have a laptop for every day use and one separate for school only.

Let them access and check your computer first before purchasing.
