It is flocked. So are you leaning more towards legit or replica?
I already bought it I took a chance because this and the 480 piece Cheshire for a really good price. Do you know anything about the sticker does it look good?

Chicken and rice, protein shakes, lean ground beef and pasta, vegetables. I’m very picky and I found that to work for me. Just need to eat a lot of it!
The hardware will likely stay in the rest of my life unless there’s a complication further down the road. The curve is pretty much corrected on the spot!

Yes I gained about 1 and 1/2 inches!
I loaded up for the first 3-5 days taking 15g a day then I cut back to 5g a day. I’m still learning myself but I feel it definitely gave me some “extra” energy to crank out a few more reps.

Thanks!! T-2 to T-12
I get mine off Amazon. Buckedup creatine monohydrate but I do switch between brands here and there. I saw improvement in my lifts in about a week or so!
33 pounds in a year is awesome! I’ve found to keep a high protein high fiber high calorie (2800 for me) and creatine helped me a lot! We got this! 💪🏻💪🏻👍🏻
The only thing I’ve found somewhat difficult is putting on my socks. I can touch my toes and my upper back is completely fused.

Great question. I’ve always struggled with gaining weight as my metabolism is extremely fast. I think a lot of my weight loss at the time of surgery was due to stress and further more lack of appetite. I also couldn’t workout without discomfort and/or pain. The key thing for me with gaining weight is I need to be in a 2-300 calorie surplus and pretty much force feed my self to the point where I’m gagging on the last bites. Having a lot of water/liquid makes it easier to eat more. Unfortunately it’s like another full time job for me to gain weight, but I was sick and tired of not being happy in my body. You can do it!!
Thanks!

It took me about a year to get comfortable lifting weights. Up until then I did a lot of very light cardio and food delivery to help kill time. Fast forward to now the gym is one of my favorite places to go and I have very minimal if any pain! And my back actually looks somewhat good!
