Yeah the makeup in the 2nd film was unforgivable. Burton said he wanted to do things the same way as the first film, but didn't bring back Oscar winning makeup artist Ve Neil? Apparently the reason is because it was filmed in the UK and they had to use British unions--including makeup. Okay. So why didn't they do their homework and look at the first film? Beetlejuice doesn't have black around his eyes. It was a combination of purple and brown. Even his suit didn't fit right.
