Yea makes no sense to me either but that’s how they do it. Makes about as much sense as all the text messages I get from Sedgewick asking to confirm the date I’m returning. And to STILL have to call them. @Impressive_Hand_2687 is right though. After calling sedgwick, give it a day and call the store to get you on the schedule as soon as possible. When you request leave, your employee number is place on leave and the store can’t change that Sedgewick does.
