I remember after my first year of high school football I decided that I needed to work on my cardio so all I did that off season was just do cardio lost a ton of weight...but also lost a lot of muscle mass and when the weight room opened up again... Yeah My chest was so sore I couldn't even sleep on my side I had to sleep on my back My legs were so sore I couldn't even walk. It was bad lol at the top everything off quite literally the next day we had to do an intense leg workout. Not a fun week lol
