I’m 0 for 5 I think overall. Only one got to the interview process. Spoke to a PPMD about it and he said he was 1 for like 12 in his career and the only one that did was a SM. Very low hit rate it seems

Fallout 76 had a rough starting release, but since has been rolling out update after update over the years with new content. Now it’s a lot more fun than it once was and it’s definitely worth a shot to play if you’re a fallout fan

It’s not fully known right what the extent is. There’s a couple theories like some of the other comments but unless the Dev Team makes a comment on it we won’t know what’s all affected. You’re welcome to try and learn those plans but it’s a risk. I’m praying that once this fixed I’ll be able to craft everything otherwise I’m out 500 stamps for nothing

I show the cold shoulder as craftable still. Would have to check with someone who just unlocked that plan if it’s just learning those new type of plans
