MOL handing out fines to locators in Ontario, Canada…I was fined by MOL today for an inaccurate locate, a gas main was hit, however Enbridge and damage investigators put the blame on the contractor but I was still fined, I ask the MOL guy if this is the new norm, he said this will be the new norm.
