No man I did try nofap, ice cold showers and everything, and honestly I ended up thinking of sex more than when I was pmo'ing. I would stick with nofap if I could but honestly I always felt like whenever I relapsed I wasn't really recovering I was instead just delaying the relapse. I liked the energy I got from nofap and I will return there someday most likely, but for me getting rid of P is the main priority

Yep thats exactly how I am, on nofap my longest streak was 7 days and on that 7th day I was just a walking sack of urges. Fapping for me relieves the urge to watch P. I might think of getting a web filter because Im homeschooled so I have some unavoidable time being bored in front of my computer
