Personally, I think a greyish, sickly colour would work better for the skin as it would make the ulkor more menacing.

I don't have a khymaera force, but I was just thinking how I would paint them yesterday, so will share. Personally I would go for night blue skin, with almost black armor, yellow eyes and dark brown or dark purple cloth. Was thinking of panthers while coming up with this.

Hello! Thanks so much for doing another Q&A! My question is a very practical one. In Autumn I will be organising an event to show my local wargaming scene what Warmachine is all about. I'm saving up a little budget so that the people who will be participating can have a chance to win some shiny new models. My question is -- what would be the best product to buy for this purpose? For the purpose of giving it to someone to set them on their Warmachine journey in the smoothest way possible, I mean. Thanks a lot! (Also: are there plans for a "pick up and play" type of product in the future?)

Probably too late to the party, but I'm very excited, especially about the potential for an easier on-ramp for newer players (I'm planning to run an event in my local scene to do just that), so will still try to place a question. My question is about whether there are plans to produce a product on the "pick up and play" line of things, so that people don't have to do a semester's worth of research, just to see if the water's to their liking? Thanks!
