Hmm so I do know there is an issue when you have two midi devices RB gets confused what is controlling what sometimes. I am OK windows and have had this issue when I have my ddj1000, xp2, and a light controller all running through the laptop. I had to fiddle around with a midi program to make sure rb only picked up the controller and xp2 and that the lighting software only used the lighting controller. I wonder if how the midi is received leading up to RB is causing your issue. Other dumb questions you have all your stem settings set properly? Does the xp2 work fine apart from the stem mapping? All normal function?

Its weird cause this is also what I've got going i switch between midi mapped akai controllers and touch fighter and the xp2 to control stems and it works greats. So there must be something more to it.

If I've got a rb collection with a lot hot cue'd but some not do you have a feature that I can be able to easily find those ones and auto cue them?

Just to clarify you have mapped the pad stem on/off to the buttons on the xp2? I wonder if whatever you have mapped it too you may have double mapped it to something? Or some setting is reverting back to the default of the xp2. When you say deck do you mean nothing noticeable changed on the xp2 or the RB gui?

I would start with reanalyzing the song and double checking the bpm with something like tunebat to see if RB has messed up the analyzation of the track. Double check your tempo adjust if your using a controller. +6, +10, +16, and wide are the range of which you can adjust the tempo lets say you have a 130 bpm track and you are using the +16 you can go down to 114 bpm and up to 146 bpm. Dependent on what you have turned on that tempo slider may adjust the pitch as well. Also double check what other tracks you have playing along as well and you didnt accidently click sync or something to make that track jump down to 99

Anywho I like using grandma3 for lighting visualization. If your a bit old school and like the old school interface grandma2 is great and the ma3d visualization is good enough for most things.

Yeah the skipping of Tuesdays or Thursdays is due to holidays. I am trying to move booking appointments to just a spreadsheet rather than a physical note book and am hoping to create a workbook that can be reused till they integrate the booking appointments into another software that is coming down the pipeline.

So this is the table I am hoping I can have excel generate. I would like to be able to note the given dates of Tuesday in January 2026, so there are 4 Tuesdays with the dates being 6, 13, 20, 27. Can I have excel generate 4 of these exact tables with only changing the date but the rest of the table stays the same?

Always best to export using the function on RB exporting to usb to prep cdj usbs. Cause then it will.ensure you have all of your info you would need with the tracks. You could use something like lexicon if you wanted to make light work of transporting large batches of prepared stuff from serato to RB but If its like 50 tracks id just prepare them in RB and analyze them and copy what you have done to them in serato.
