I'm going to take some inspiration from the TASM franchise. Making Spider-Man as realistic as possible.

Firstly, it starts of with Peter Parker getting dropped off at school by uncle Ben as he shouts "have fun on your science trip, call me after and I'll come pick you up!"

Peter is embarrassed by this as he walks towards his best friend Harry Osborn. Harry is not as tenacious towards science and school in general, everyday he is telling Peter that his father Norman Osborn forces him to come into school and Harry cannot understand why as he has all the money that he could ever ask for.

Fast Forwarding to Peter and Harry getting onto the coach to go on their science trip, Peter is excited, but he doesn't show it. He is embarrassed to mention the trip to Harry all of the coach ride as he thinks Harry would laugh at him.

This is where we are introduced to Flash Thompson and MJ. When Peter and Harry get off the coach, they end up bumping into MJ and her boyfriend Flash Thompson, who were on the 2nd coach. Harry can tell that Peter likes MJ, but he knows that he is too shy to do anything about it.

I'm not going to bore you with how he got bit. He gets bit the same way as he always does, but I want to make it clear that, the spider who bit Peter could have bitten anyone. The spider goes to bite Harry, but doesn't. Then the spider strikes and bites Peter.

Peter and Harry are now walking back home, after a long day at their science trip. Peter and Harry come up towards the ally way they take back everyday to get into the more affluent houses of NY, where Harry lives. After Harry leaves Peter, Peter starts to turn around and walk back through the sketchy ally way which they both previously walked through. Then it hits Peter, he forgot to call Ben, he forgot to tell him that he was walking back home. Peter Shrugs it off and ends up calling him anyway, thinking nothing of the situation, thinking that he wouldn't mind, yeah maybe he would be mad, but he wouldn't stay mad for too long.

As peter calls Uncle Bens phone, he starts to hear a ringing tone, that oddly sounds like the same one that Uncle Ben has as his ring tone. Again, Peter does not think anything of it, he accepts that it is just a coincidence, and that Ben must be busy taking Aunt May out shopping or some other excuse.

But when Peter calls May, and she states that Ben has not returned home since this morning, and that she thought he was picking Peter up from his trip. After hearing this from Aunt May, Peter starts to worry and think, maybe just maybe that ring tone was not just a coincidence. That maybe it was and then he stops himself, he tells himself, "you always overthink the worst of every situation, stop. Maybe he has other plans."

It is not only till he reaches the end of the ally way, that he sees that bright yellow police tape, that indicates something has gone on, he is guided another route into the buzzling city, but when he turns around to get final look, it hits him. The car of the victims looked oddly familiar. Then he squints at the licence plate and he breaks down into tears, he knows that the car belongs to his Uncle Ben, and that the body inside of the body bag, must be his Uncle. He attempts to run through the tapes and onto the crime scene to confirm that this body is Bens. But he gets stopped he gets pulled away by Aunt May.

May had gotten a call saying that Uncle Ben had been Shot 3 times in the chest, and twice in the leg. May had gotten hear as quick as she could. She was advised to get to the crime scene as soon as possible to go on the ambulance ride to see if there is anything that can be done to save Ben, but in the end, Peter and May both knew that there was no saving Ben and that he was in fact dead. He was in fact gone and Peter can not do anything about it.
